How do I order?

You can order directly from our online store by selecting a product, uploading your design or photo, and completing the order. You can also contact us for a custom order through the contact page.

How long does production take?

Production time depends on the type of product and quantity. Please contact us for more information.

Can I order with my own image or design?

Yes! We accept custom orders with your photos, text, or design. Simply upload the file when ordering or send it to us via email.

How is my order delivered?

We deliver in two ways:

• Personal delivery — within a 30 km radius, free for orders over €20.
• Free delivery for Sopot and Karlovo (Monday – Friday, morning until 11:00 am).
• Econt — to any point in the country. Free shipping for orders over €70.

Do you accept returns?

As our products are personalized, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect — contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

For EU customers: Under European law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of the delivery of the last item, for any reason. Please note that personalized items are excluded from this right, as they are made to individual order.
