Delivery

We offer two delivery methods:

Personal Delivery

We deliver personally within a 30 km radius with free delivery for orders over €20. For Sopot and Karlovo, delivery is free with no minimum order value (Monday – Friday, until 11:00 AM). Please contact us in advance to arrange the details.

Delivery with Econt

We send orders via Econt courier service to any point in the country. Delivery costs are calculated according to Econt's tariffs and are paid by the customer. Free delivery with Econt for orders over €70.

Returns & Complaints

Since all our products are customized and made to individual order, as a rule, we do not accept returns, except in the following cases:

• Damaged product—if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage during transport, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will make a correction or send a new product.

Right of withdrawal for EU customers: Under European law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery of the last item, for any reason. Please note that personalized items are excluded from this right. For more information, please see our Refund Policy
